The cottage Marrakech, a former barn, was converted into a spacious vacation home a few years ago. The Moroccan furniture and the hand-forged railing give the house a cozy ambience. The southwest terrace provides a view of the wooded hills stretching to the horizon towards the setting sun. The cottage is integrated into a garden landscape and has three bedrooms (for two persons each), two bathrooms (shower), a separate toilet, a large kitchen with bar, a living and dining room with fireplace, an indoor balcony and a southeast and west terrace. On the park area of about 8000 m² there is a pool area and a sauna. The house borders on an orchard. The cottage Marrakech has a capacity for 6 persons. However, it can also be rented up to 8 or 14 people.
The first extension which was renovated in 2023 is the basement overlooking the gardens. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious living room with kitchen. It can accommodate 2 more guests in complete privacy. The price for 8 people is 20 percent higher than the displayed rental price.
The second extension is the Paon Bleu, a neighboring house, with a beautiful terrace. It has 3 rooms, a bathroom and a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house has its own entrance and can accommodate 6 more guests. The price for 14 people is 40 percent higher than the displayed rental price.
The tennis court, basketball court, boules court and archery range are within walking distance.

Additional Costs
- Additional charges for cleaning: €280/stay to be paid on arrival – These cleaning charges include: cleaning of the cottages and the terraces, household linen (sheets, towels), maintenance of the outside areas as well as cleaning of the swimming pool and the sauna.
- Tourist tax not included: €1.73 per person, per night, to be paid on arrival.
- Pets (on authorization): €70/week
